Reliability Solutions was started in 2001 in response to a need for practical, effective failure mode identification services and training. Determining the functional failure is necessary but not always sufficient to understand what really happened. We recognized that in order for any failure analysis process to be effective, analysis of the physical evidence was vital. Without correct analysis of the physical evidence, any failure analysis process may require substantially more time and effort.
We have over 25 years of experience including front line supervision, project management, engineering, reliability and maintenance management, advanced vibration analysis and failure analysis.
